A wood deck in the Tri-Cities area is a beautiful thing when kept clean and protected from the harsh weather. We consider pressure washing a deck a specialized art of carefulness. Even though a pressure washer is used in the cleaning process, very little pressure is used. If one uses a high level of pressure, the wood is can be damaged and, very often, permanent “Wand Marks” will remain
There are many different types of wood, each having different characteristics. Some species are much softer and require even more finesse. Along with many types of wood, there are a variety of cleaners and strippers that are used to remove dirt, old sealers, and that "grey weathered look". With so many variables you want to make sure you hire a wood care professional. We have spent a great deal of time on research so that we can offer YOU, our customer, the best possible results!
Deck Sealing/Staining (also Fences and other wood structures)
Many ask, what is the difference in a stain and a sealer? Majority of outdoor stains are sealers, So everything that we use will have the "sealer" effect. There are three basic kinds of deck sealers; solid, semitransparent and transparent.
Has very little odor Protects against water & UV damage

- Semi-Solids are like a paint, forming a film on top of the wood and let only a little bit of the grain show through
- Semitransparents allow for some grain to show through and are also film forming.
- Transparent stains are a clear coat that will show the entire wood color & grain. **Please note** Wood will get "gray" color the most quickly with the transparent stain
